Emergencies
If you are having a severe, life-threatening allergic reaction or asthma attack, call 911 or go to the nearest Emergency Room. We are also available on-call for serious events such as asthma attacks or reactions to insect stings, medication, etc. Simply call our office number, and follow the instructions for paging. Our on-call doctor will call you back as soon as possible.

Most other illnesses are best treated during office hours when we have your record in hand. We do offer same-day appointments for acute illnesses, so do not hesitate to call if you are experiencing discomfort.

Prescriptions
We use automated processes that connect us with your pharmacy for the fastest service. For refills, please call your pharmacy first—they will contact us. If you have not been seen by our office in the past year, we will authorize a one-month supply to enable you to schedule a follow-up visit. Refill requests will only be handled during regular office hours.
